Switching power supply is the 'squiggly's' that are moving slowly down the band, changeable in position when you change output voltage of the supply a little bit it'll move for a short period of time and return, then continue to move down the band until it slows and stays in one place. Some of the other  noise is from "wall warts' and such things as cheap diode lights, fluorescent lights, UPS supplies, front loader washing machines, modern furnaces with variable speed fans, Solar systems of just about any size, and the list goes on.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
