I've had this happen to me many times, EVERYTHING  looks like its working but no RF. I have to restart  WSJT and Smartsdr than all is fine until next time lol Happens with both, Win7 & Win10 PC's

    Jimmy,

It sounds like you've got it all covered.  But make sure your TX Low Cut and High Cut filters are set to pass the tune signal from WSJT-X

Also in the DAX Control Panel, make sure the output level there is set somewhere around halfway.

When you hit the Tune button in WSJT-X the red level meter should get up close to zero (full scale).

If it isnt, you might need to increase the "Pwr" level in WSJT-X.

    Putting it all together then....

    image

when you hit the Tune button in WSJT-X, you should see a strong signal in the TX Stream of the DAX Control Panel, then in SSDR, your TX Level should also show a strong reading (sorry my yellow hightlight didnt show well there).  You've confirmed the DAX Control Panel is showing a signal, but how about the TX level in SSDR?

If that's where it all stops, it probably time to reboot everything... the computer and the radio.  It might be as simple as restarting just the DAX Control Panel, but that doesnt always do it.  A reboot is a good way to verify if you are having a configuration problem or experiencing some kind of a glitch.

Oh, and make sure your RF Power is set higher than 0.  In my screen grab, I have it set to 1.
