Just got a 6400M this week and have been having a blast running remote.  Just curios if there is a way to shut the display off while not in front of the radio.  I really dont want it to burn in with a static image on the screen.  Is this a problem if left on for long periods of time?

Burn in is not a problem with this type of screen. Many have asked for a screen saver, perhaps it is being considered for future updates.

Would be nice on the M models is if when you connect to the radio with PC, Maestro or other client that the display on the radio shows stats like Temps, Volts, Amps, network status and possibly other info. This way the screen can do something useful when under client control.
Again not critical but would be very elegant.

Cool do you know why it isn’t prone to issues like that? More curious than anything. We’ve seen a lot of lcd screens burn in ir retain a memory. I would imagine it is LED backit? I do agree with kc2ma more metering would be amazing!
