6400M Skipping the software selection and booting to operation

Since the last software and firmware update my 6400M is skipping the software selection on each boot up.  So Tim it has not been fixed.  In fact it wasn't a problem before the update but it is a problem now.

Thanks Ron, I have read that reply from Tim, but I have upgraded to 2.2.8 and that is when the problem started.  So 2.2.8 is causing the problem not fixing it.

I am not sure what you are considering is the problem. The modus operandi with the new software update is that the rig now boots up directly into operational mode. If you want to regress to an earlier version, you do that via Menu/Radio.

OK Barry thanks, I reread the change is to 2.2.8 I and see the radio was not suppose to show the version screen.  Since it always did go to the selection screen I thought that was what it was suppose to do.  Sorry for my misunderstanding.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
