audio cracking noise when expanding / contracting band

With any receiver slice open and with audio on, audio makes cracking noises as the band is expanded or contracted.  This does not happen is just panning the band.

Click on any frequency, in the waterfall section (but within the frequency numbers) to expand, contract the band and static is heard as you contract / expand band.

Tried, but I can't duplicate the problem here.  Perfect audio when expanding/contracting the spectrum.  Anyone else?

Which radio model? How many Panadapters and Slices are open? A screenshot is worth 1000 words.

I can't reproduce it either, but I'm listening to audio through DAX, not off of the audio port on the radio. Not sure if that makes a difference.
