Here are some features that would be nice to have for the 8400M / Maestro:

  1. Display of GMT time.
  2. Bandplan overlay for SW listening.
  3. Provide ability to re-purpose the "unused" ATU button as a function key.
  4. Allow user to re-define the 2nd slice as a function keypad instead of "drilling" down through the main Menu.
  5. More variety of "skins" for background.
  6. Install the ability to "see" the audio output spectrogram with "tic' points of the current equalizer settings.

Finally…

Change out all of the soft buttons. The current buttons have the key ID "painted" on the surface. This is NOT durable and is beginning to rub off…. < allow us to send them in for a "fix/upgrade">.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
