Maestro B causing 6500 to constantly reboot with 4.2.20

in SmartSDR for Maestro and M models
I loaded 4.2.20 a while back and have been using it with Windows 10 just fine. Just hooked up Maestro that hadn't been used since updating and it causes the 6500 to go into a constant reboot loop. As soon as I turn off the Maestro or disconnect the network from it the 6500 goes back to working fine with the Windows PC. Is this a known problem? Do I need to open a trouble ticket?

    I just reviewed some other info in the posts and decided to try a factory reset on the 6500. That appears to have fixed my issue. Thanks for the bandwidth!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
